José María Baño León, Universidad Complutense de Madrid. Doctorate in Law from the University of Valencia in 1986. Head of the Department of Administrative Law at the Universidad de Valencia in 1992. Head of the Department of Administrative Law at the Universidad Complutense de Madrid since 2010. Expert in town planning law, administrative contracting, regulatory powers and administrative procedure. Professor Baño León is a regular speaker at conferences related to the fields of urban development law, european law, administrative contracting, regulatory authority and competition law. He has published numerous monographs and is the author of more than a hundred publications in collective books and in the most reputable journals on Administrative and Constitutional Law. He is a founding partner of Baño León, a law firm specialised in advising on all matters related to administrative Law, including, among others, urban planning law, environmental law, regulatory law and competition law. |
