Abstract

SUMMARY: I. Introduction. — II. Purpose of the appeal filed. — III. Problems resolved in the Judgment and its legal basis: 1. Unconstitutionality of laws prior to the Constitution that oppose the reporting principles of the same. 2. Concept of autonomy in the Spanish Constitution and limits to be set to such concept: A) The unity of the Spanish Nation. B) Autonomy is not sovereignty, since it can only be attributed to the State. C) Autonomy, therefore, has its limits. D) Control of legality by the State. 3. Contested precepts and their conformity or disagreement with the Constitution.
