Abstract

The last problem of this work (or the plot of the question that heads it) can be summarized as follows: if the forecasts
legal regulations on associations between Provinces and (their
Deputations) are also applicable to the Islands (and their Cabildos)
of the island provinces on their own terms and with their own
legal process for occupying Islands (Councils) and Provinces (Provincial Councils) the same legal place.
