Outlook and impact of the crisis from the new correlation between state and society

In the last decades a new relationship between State and society (a classic topic in Public Law and political thought) has appeared. The economic crisis has made this new relationship very evident. Real power –economic, scientific and technological power– is located now in a transnational society with a very efficiently selfregulation. Many relevant State´s tasks, social care, security, have been transferred to private sectors with a remarkable organization.
