Abstract

This article analyses the general principles of proportionality and the end of sanctions. First, it introduces the constitutional basis of proportionality of sanctions. Second, it analyses the proportionality of sanctions in the 30/1992 law and the development of jurisprudence. Finally, the author studies the end of sanctions, its nature and basis. The author also explains the relation between ending and revocation, and the difference between fine and sanctions.
