We present an approach to a specific methodology for People Management developed in the Salamanca City Council. We present the methodologies and tools used, some of the most innovative projects developed, as well as the results obtained. Our way of working is based on several pillars, which underpin our own way of understanding management and public commitment. On the one hand, the people to whom we owe, recipients of our services. Our legitimacy comes from satisfaction, or at least from the response to your needs and expectations. On the other hand, the people responsible and on whom the responsibility for the provision of services rests. We seek your commitment, understood as the main objective. We start from the analysis of the improvement in these people without losing sight of the evaluation of the results we obtain in this process, based on simplicity.
