Author Biography

Eduardo Zapico Goñi

Doctor en Ciencias Económicas y Empresariales. Pertenece al Cuerpo de Interventores de Finanzas del Estado. Master en Administración Pública New York University. Ha ocupado puestos en la Unidad de Evaluación de la Comisión Europea (2005-2009), en el Banco Mundial y en la Dirección General de Presupuestos del Ministerio de Economía y Hacienda como Subdirector General de Análisis y Evaluación de Políticas de Gasto. Asesor en la OCDE. Destinos en el Instituto Europeo de Administración Pública Maastricht; Instituto Nacional de Administración Pública, Instituto de Estudios Fiscales, Oficina del Presupuesto de la Presidencia del Gobierno español y la Oficina Nacional de Auditoria. Ha sido profesor asociado en la Universidad Autónoma de Madrid. Ha publicado y editado diversos libros y artículos sobre presupuesto, evaluación y gestión pública.
